Requests to renew ILL material should be made at least 7 days prior to the due date by using the contact information on the ILL book strap. Renewals are given at the discretion of the lending library and may not always be possible.
Additionally, all ILL books and media items are subject to immediate recall by the lending library. If this should happen during the loan period, the patron will be notified and asked to comply by returning the material to the Truxal Library as quickly as possible. Since the items are not the property of our library we must abide by the rules of the lending library. If the patron still needs to use the material, the ILL Office will submit a new ILL request in an effort to borrow it from another library.
