Open Hours: FALL 2024

The Writing Center is available to answer your questions and review your drafts on Zoom during these hours:

Mondays-Thursdays 9am-8pm
Fridays 9am-5pm
Saturdays 8am-noon
 

Hours will be in place from 9/3-12/14. 
We are closed for college holidays.

How to Request a Zoom on Demand Session

Please follow these steps so that we can assist you:

  1. When you are ready for help during open hours (M-TH 9-8, F 9-5, SAT 8-noon), fill out the Request For Writing Center Assistance form below.  All fields are required.
  2. Be sure to type your preferred email address carefully and to check the box at the bottom of the form next to "Email me a confirmation message."  If you receive a confirmation, then you are successfully on the waitlist.  If not, you entered an invalid email address and should make the correction and resubmit the form.
  3. MONITOR THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU PROVIDED!  A tutor will email you with an answer to your question or send a Zoom link so that you and the tutor can go over your draft together in real time.  Be sure to have an electronic version of your draft and assignment sheet (WORD or PDF).  If you don't have document files, you can take photos.

Please fill out this form completely.  All fields are required.  If you don't know your student ID, login to MYAACC. At the top right of the screen, select the circle with your first initial. Select View Profile. Your School ID will be listed on the top right of the screen.

After submitting the form, MONITOR THE EMAIL YOU PROVIDED.  You will receive a confirmation message, followed by a message from a tutor with a Zoom link so that you and the tutor can go over your draft together in real time.
